Selling medicine to the public sector was just a natural and strategic step to take, because of the experience on buying and distribution that the group has obtained through time, and which enables us to fulfill the current needs of the Health sector in Mexico.
Nowadays, we have agreements with medical laboratories, ranging from generic interchanging manufacturers (complying with all protocols of bio-availability and bio-equivalence, guaranteeing total quality of the medicine) to Patent medicine with no due date. These agreements enable us to offer a competitive price and to comply with the Medical institutions´ needs, such as IMSS, ISSSTE, PEMEX, Seguro Popular, among other un-centralized institutions.
Distribution and Logistic Capability: Our pharmaceutical division has certified-by-COFEPRIS distribution centers, as well as around 500 selling establishments which also work as subrogating centers.
In our product portfolio we have medication against the most frequent ailments (therapeutic areas) such as analgesic, antibiotics, anticonvulsive, anti-diabetics, gout, influenza, anti-herpetic, anti-hypertensive, antihistamines, antifungal, anti-parasitic, anti-rheumatic, anti-vertiginous, bronchodilators, stomach medicine, antitussive, medicine for cholesterol, nasal medication and supplements, among others.
